To come to Coimbra: Using public transportation.

 

The 10th Conference of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres for Nursing and Midwifery and the 4th Conference on Nursing Research of Ibero-American and Portuguese-Speaking Countries estimates that most participants will arrive in Portugal by plane. 

 

Mainland Portugal currently has 3 international airports:

 

- The Lisbon Airport, located about 196 km from Coimbra;
- The Oporto Airport, located about 117 km from Coimbra;
- The Faro Airport (Algarve), located about 454 km from Coimbra;

 

In each airport, there are train and bus connections to Coimbra.
