To create your account at the Nursing School of Coimbra, you will have to fill in the registration form. You can do this in three different ways:

1 – By clicking on this link;

2 – By clicking on  Register on the right side of the website and, after filling in the form, on send;

3 – By clicking on Registration, then on consult or start registration and on Start registration and finally on Register here;

4 – To fill in the registration form, you have to provide obligatory and optional data. Please take into account that the email that you provide will be the one used to send the information related to the events. It is very important that you provide a valid email address and correct personal data. Data in the registration form will be used to issue the documentation related to the events in which you participate, such as receipts, and you will not be able to correct them later on.

To validate your account you have to have created an account (if you do not have an account yet, please see question 1). To validate your account, you have three possible ways:

1 – By clicking on this link and then filling in your personal data, email and password;

2 – By clicking on the Access on the right side of the website and then filling in your personal data, email and password;

3 – By clicking on the Registration, then on Start registration and then filling in your personal data, email and password.

To register for this conference, click on the Registration and:

- if you have already validated your account, please select where you want to register and click on Start registration;

- if you haven't validated your account, you should first validate it and then select where you want to register and click on Start registration.

Attention: There are a limited number of vacancies.

The deadline to pay the registration fee depends on the date of your registration and it is established as follows:

- Until 31/03/2014, you will have 30 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee;

- From 01/04/2014 to 15/06/2014, you will have 18 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee;

- From 16/06/2014 to the beginning of the Conference, you will have 6 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee.

After this deadline, you registration will be automatically cancelled. If there are still vacancies, you can register again in the Conferece.

Registration during the Conference:

The payment will have to be made upon registration.

At the moment of abstract submission, when you are first required to insert data regarding your abstract, you will have to choose one of the 10 options:

A – Themes to be presented on the 21st, 22nd or 23rd July (4th Conference on Nursing Research)

A1 - Education, Learning and Continuous Training;
A2 - Health Promotion and Health Education;
A3 - Innovation and Transfer of Knowledge;
A4 - Clinical Nursing;
A5 - History and development of the profession and nursing science;
A6 - Organization and Management of Health Services and Education Institutions.

B – Themes to be presented on the 23rd, 24th or 25th July (10th Conference of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres for Nursing and Midwifery)

B1 - Health and its challenges in today’s world;
B2 - Nursing training as a response to the world health situation;
B3 - Research and innovation, future tools;
B4 - Contributions of nursing to the Millennium Goals.

When you choose letters A or B, you are also choosing one of the events taking place during the week of July 21-25, 2014.

The themes with the letter A belong to the 4th Conference on Nursing Research. Presentations within the scope of this Conference will take place on July 21st and 22nd, 2014.

The themes with the letter B belong to the 10th Conference of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres for Nursing and Midwifery. Presentations within the scope of this Conference will take place on July 24th and 25th, 2014.
