How do I create an account?

To create your account in the III Congress platform, you will have to fill in the registration form. You can do this in three different ways:
1 – By clicking on this link
2 – By clicking on this link Register on the right side of the website and, after filling in the form, on send;
3 – By clicking on this link Registration, then on consult or start registration and on Start registration and finally on Register here.

 

To fill in the registration form, you have to provide obligatory and optional data. Please take into account that the email that you provide will be the one used to send the information related to the events. It is very important that you provide a valid email address and correct personal data. Data in the registration form will be used to issue the documentation related to the events in which you participate, such as receipts, and you will not be able to correct them later on.

How do I validate my account?

To validate your account you have to have created an account (if you do not have an account yet, please see question 1). To validate your account, you have three possible ways:
1 – By clicking on this link and then filling in your personal data, email and password;
2 – By clicking on the link Access on the right side of the website and then filling in your personal data, email and password;
3 – By clicking on the link Registration, then on Start registration and then filling in your personal data, email and password.

How do I register for the conference?

To register for this conference, click on the Registration link and:
- if you have already validated your account, please select where you want to register and click on Start registration;
- if you haven't validated your account, you should first validate it and then select where you want to register and click on Start registration.

Attention: There are a limited number of vacancies.

What is the deadline to pay my registration fee?

The deadline to pay the registration fee depends on the date of your registration and it is established as follows:
- Until 24/03/2016, you will have 30 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee;
- From 25/03/2016 to 30/04/2016, you will have 18 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee;
- From 01/05/2016 to the beginning of the Congress, you will have 6 days after the day of your registration to pay the registration fee. Attention: If you register online during the first week of June and do not pay the registration fee until the moment of your arrival to the Congress, you must pay it when you go to the registration desk to collect your documentation.
After this deadline, you registration will be automatically cancelled. If there are still vacancies, you can register again in the Congress.

Registration during the Congress:
Payment will have to be made upon registration.

How can I be certain that I have submitted my abstract to the congress? (June 7-8, 2016) or the pre-congress activities (June 6, 2016)?

At the moment of abstract submission, when you are first required to insert data regarding your abstract, you will have to choose one of the 7 options:

A – THEMES to be presented on June 7-8 (5th Congress on Nursing Research of Ibero-American and Portuguese-speaking Countries)

A1 - Education, Learning and Continuous Training;
A2 - Health Promotion and Health Education;
A3 - Innovation and Transfer of Knowledge;
A4 - Clinical Nursing;
A5 - History and development of the profession and nursing science;
A6 - Organization and Management of Health Services and Education Institutions.

B – THEMES to be presented on June 6 (Pre-Congress Activities - International Symposium on Evidence-Based Health Care)

B1 - Evidence-based Health Care

When you choose letters A or B, you are also choosing one of the events taking place on June 6-8, 2016.
The themes with the letter A belong to the 5th Congress on Nursing Research of Ibero-American and Portuguese-speaking Countries. Presentations within the scope of this Congress will take place on June 7-8, 2016.

 

Once the submission process is completed, the authors will receive an email with the confirmation of paper submission.
