REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

• Please read the instructions carefully to avoid any problems or clarify any doubts regarding your participation.

• You can only register through this website. Please use the links available at the top and at the bottom of this page.

• To register for this course, you have to be registered in the Events’ Platform of the Nursing School of Coimbra.

• After registering in the platform, please access the reserved area to start and access your registration for the course.

• After accessing your reserved area, select the course you want to register for. Click on “Register” and check the details of your registration and your personal data. Choose if you want a receipt issued in your name or another institution. Then select Bank Transfer and provide the necessary data. In the end, click on “Finish”.


      NOTE:
      - Your registration does not guarantee your participation in the course. Therefore, do not make any payment until you have received an email confirming your participation in the course.
      - The notification email will provide you the details for the payment by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact pcebptraining@esenfc.pt
      - Admissibility to the course requires adding a link to a public Curriculum Vitae (e.g. CiênciaVitae, ORCID) in the Biographical Notes of your personal file (step 4).


• After submitting your registration, you will have access to all the data concerning your registration and receive a confirmation e-mail.

• You can access your registration at any time through your reserved area.

• Your personal data will be used for the purposes of JBI course registration and certification.

• All communication with those registered in the course will be preferably done by e-mail. The organization will consider you notified after each successfully sent e-mail.

• The course will run with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 14.

• During the course, the main language will be English.

• Registrations open from April 8th to April 29th 2022.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• All prices and payments are in Euros.

• Bank transfer fees must be paid by the participants.

COURSE PARTICIPANTS ARE ENTITLED TO:

• Folder with material resources for the course.

• 5 lunches and coffee breaks.

• Participation certificate issued by the JBI.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

• Cancellation of registration until 30/06/2022 – full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

• Cancellation of registration after 30/06/2022 – 75% refund of the amount paid.

• To request a refund, we require an email with a copy of the receipt signed by the participant or institution to whom it was issued.

• A participant cannot replace his/her registration with another participant.

• Fees are in EUR and must be paid in EUR. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.

• If the course is canceled due to a reduced number of participants, refund will be equivalent to the amount paid.

• The refund will be processed within 30 days, although this deadline may be different for international refunds.
