Two teachers of the Nursing School of
Coimbra - Armando Silva and Marina Montezuma – examined several 1st-year
students of 13 primary schools of the Centre region. They measured the weight and height of children
aged between 6 and 8 years, within the scope of the European project of child
nutritional vigilance of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
