The goals of the Postgraduate Specialization Degrees offered by the ESEnfC are: to guarantee the qualification of the nurses in a set of specialties necessary for the provision of better health care – at the several levels of intervention – and to promote the well-being of the population. At the moment, the offer is focused on six areas: Rehabilitation Nursing (CPLEER), Child Health and Paediatrics Nursing (CPLEESIP), Maternal Health and Obstetric Nursing (CPLEESMO), Community Nursing (CPLEEC), Medical–Surgical Nursing (CPLEEMC) and Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing (CPLEESMP).
