The School of Nursing of the University of Coimbra is celebrating its National and International Relations Day, as part of the International Week 2026, taking place from 4 to 8 May.

Throughout the week, students, lecturers, and international partners will take part in a programme dedicated to knowledge sharing, intercultural exchange, and academic collaboration.

General Programme:

  • 4 May | Campus A
    • 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Welcome session by the ESEUC International Team and presentation of the School, including a visit to the skills labs
  • 5 May | Campus B
    • 9:10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. National and International Relations Day (1st-year students)
    • 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Guided tour of the skills labs
  • 6 May | Campus A
    • 9:30 a.m. Meeting
    • 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Visit to the Health Sciences Research Unit: Nursing (UICISA: E)
    • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Research opportunities, COIL, BIP, and networking session
    • 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Guided Tour of the University of Coimbra International Walk: “Quebra Costas”, “Parque Verde”, and “Docas” or “Praxis”
  • 7 May
    • 9:30 a.m. Campus A – Reception Hall
      • Option 1 - Field visit to the University Hospital – Cardiothoracic Unit
      • Option 2 - Field visit to the Paediatric Hospital
    • 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Campus B - Open class: Specialised Nursing in Europe
  • 8 May
    • Free
