Application process

Applications for accommodation are only valid for the academic year to which they refer.

Students must fill out the application form to apply.  Click here to access the form. Students who have been awarded a scholarship and are displaced will be given priority for accommodation at the ESEnfC Residence.

Students who do not achieve academic success or experience changes in their household may lose their scholarship status. In this case, they may lose their right to accommodation at the ESEnfC Residence if there are not enough rooms available.

There are three application phases:

  • The first phase is for current ESEnfC students and runs from July 1 to 15 for the following academic year.
  • The second phase is for first-time ESEnfC students after the first CNA application phase for higher education and lasts 15 days.
  • The third phase is for students enrolling at ESEnfC for the first time after the second CNA application phase for higher education and also lasts 15 days.

Note: Students who are already attending ESEnfC and apply outside the defined period will only be considered for accommodation after the third phase ends.
