The existence of a laboratory specialized in simulating the activities of daily living provides students with a place to practice these activities (getting dressed, eating, personal hygiene, going to the toilet, mobility, etc.).
This laboratory was also designed to provide actual care to users in processes of adaptation to health problems from which have resulted deficiencies and/or incapacities, making it possible to relearn new ways to deal with the daily needs for their self-care and independence.
This laboratory is composed of a multi-purpose space with an adapted kitchen and living room, a bedroom adapted to the person with limited mobility, and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin.
This bathroom may also be used by actual users who require help in the training and adaptation processes to deficiencies and/or incapacities, for example what happens after a stroke (hemiplegia).
