Project Summary:
The project, led by the University of Coimbra (UC), in a consortium with 10 other higher education institutions (ESEnfC; UBI; IPC; IPG; IPSantarém; IPT; IPV; IUM; ISCTE – IUL; UAb), is part of the RE-C06-I07/Impulso Mais Digital Investment Programme - Sub-measure Pedagogical Innovation and Modernization in Higher Education/Centres of Excellence for Pedagogical Innovation (CEIP).
In line with Notice 04/CO6-I07/2023, this sub-measure aims to “promote pedagogical innovation, with a strong digital component, focusing on non-technological areas (social sciences, humanities and arts)” and “consolidate institutional dynamics of pedagogical modernization in higher education through a systemic approach that favours innovative practices that are effective in promoting quality teaching”.
The creation of CEIP INOV3P aims to achieve these goals by becoming one of the five national CEIPs, in accordance with the target set in the call for proposals. To this end, it brings together, in a coherent and synergistic way, proposals for training, research and the development of innovative teaching practices, to be implemented by a broad and differentiated consortium (Central and Lisbon), representing more than 80,000 students and a universe of more than 5,000 higher education teachers.
