Project Summary
The main objective of this project is to improve and optimize the building’s energy efficiency by reducing the annual energy consumption, thus contributing to improve the building’s energy efficiency.
The project consists of the replacement of all classic bulbs by LED bulbs; implementation of thermal insulation in the building’s roofs; and application of a lift drive.
The following objectives were set out:
- To optimize the functioning of the several systems from an energetic and environmental perspective;
- To minimize the effects of heat loss through roof insulation;
- To replace classic bulbs for reduction of lighting energy consumption and CO2 emissions;
- To reduce electricity use.
