Project Summary
The Nursing School of Coimbra (ESEnfC) is a publicly-funded non-integrated higher education institution. It is the promoter of a proposal to renovate the ESEnfC Residence building in Campus C in order to provide affordable housing for students.
Considering that the ESEnfC has one of the highest rates of international student mobility in Portugal, this project is an opportunity to reduce energy costs, improve environmental comfort, increase space adaptability/ flexibility, increase learning and social spaces, and improve the comfort and quality of life of residents, while promoting academic success and greater integration and sociability.
