Project Summary

With the purpose of promoting best nursing practices in the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and antimicrobial stewardship (AMS), the PrevInf Project focuses on improving the skills of Asian nursing students (Cambodia and Vietnam) in HAIs prevention and control and AMS management.

Therefore, the PrevInf consortium will optimize the nursing curricula of the Asian partner Higher Education Institutions in HAIs prevention and control and AMS management by assessing and updating the learning objectives, syllabi, educational methods, and available resources, and by involving relevant stakeholders (students, teachers, nurses) in the active design and development process of the PrevInf model.
