SIMUCARE IMMERSION: 360° immersion with the partner patient to apply the concepts of communication skills in paediatrics in initial training in the medical and paramedical areas

Project Summary

The project's intellectual output is a digital training platform for developing communication skills in pediatric care through 360° immersion with a partner patient.

Through this platform, nursing, medical, and psychology students can acquire specific communication skills with parents and hospitalized children before entering the pediatrics field.

Additionally, this platform is available to any healthcare professionals seeking to improve their pediatrics communication skills freely and independently. This learning methodology is based on active pedagogy that integrates new technologies, including 360° immersion, the potential for autonomous learning, and the involvement of students who are well-suited for adult pedagogy.

Throughout the project, the digital platform and its educational content will first be made available to the partners and their scientific groups, as well as to the target groups for testing and regulatory purposes based on the outcomes.
